Nous cherchons un conseiller aux ventes pour combler l'équipe de Sept-Îles Chevrolet Buick GMC.
La tâche principale est de conseiller la clientèle pour l'achat d'un véhicule qu'il soit neuf ou usagé, de lui fournir un service exceptionnel et d'établir une relation sincère avec les clients ; POURQUOI NOUS REJOINDRE?

TA MISSION, SI TU L'ACCEPTES:
Présenter les caractéristiques et les avantages des différents véhicules aux clients.
Négocier le prix de vente et le faire approuver par le directeur de la concession.
Élaborer le contrat de vente selon les règles établis par le concessionnaire.
Collaborer avec le service financier pour proposer aux clients des options de financement et de crédit-bail.
Participer au processus de livraison des véhicules aux clients, s'assurer de la satisfaction de ces derniers et répondre à leurs préoccupations ou problèmes.
Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des concurrents et de l'évolution du marché afin d'adapter les stratégies de vente et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.
Assister à des sessions de formation et à des conférences afin d'améliorer les compétences de vente et la connaissance des produits et des services.
Tenir un registre précis des ventes et des interactions avec les clients à l'aide d'un logiciel de gestion des relations avec la clientèle (CRM) ;
