Le rôle du superviseur de production est de superviser et de coordonner les activités de production pour garantir que les produits sont fabriqués de manière efficace, sûre et conforme aux normes de qualité.Votre mission :
Responsable de coordonner les opérations de l'usine afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise ;
Superviser l'application des règles de sécurité et le maintien de la discipline conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise, ainsi que mener les rencontres disciplinaires avec les employés ;
Contrôler la standardisation des méthodes de travail et analyser les besoins de formation des employés ;
Planifier le nombre d'heures de travail requis pour effectuer la production en fonction de la planification ;
Informer les chefs d'équipe des objectifs qui sont à atteindre en fonction des nouveaux projets, des projets en cours et des changements relatifs à la production ;
Informer le directeur de production des résultats et de l'état de l'avancement de projets ;
S'assurer que les employés produisent des pièces selon les spécifications des clients externes et internes ;
Mettre en place les stratégies nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs (efficacité/productivité) ;
S'assurer que les formulaires de formation sont dûment complétés, signés et transmis aux ressources humaines dans les délais prescrits pour satisfaire aux exigences IATF 3100 ;
S'assurer d'offrir en tout temps un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire aux employés.
Formation, certification, expériences ou autres
AEC en gestion de production ou DEP en matériaux composites un atout ;
3 à 5 ans d'expériences en gestion manufacturière ou toutes autres formations et expériences jugées pertinentes à l'emploi.
Profil recherché :Vous êtes réputé pour vos compétences techniques et en gestion, votre excellente organisation, votre communication efficace, votre leadership motivant, votre capacité à résoudre rapidement les problèmes, votre engagement envers les normes de qualité, votre maîtrise des outils informatiques et votre capacité d'adaptation.
