Sous l'autorité du gestionnaire technique, le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable de développer des projets de pièces en matériaux composites. Il est responsable de déterminer les coûts et l'échéancier du projet et de faire le pont entre les différents départements pour mener le projet à terme.
Principales tâches et responsabilités
Développer de nouveaux produits;
Sélectionner les matériaux adéquats;
Évaluer les coûts de fabrication;
Établir un échéancier avec les différents intervenant;
Participer à établir le plan de contrôle qualité;
Concevoir des outillages; (Matrice, Moule, gabarit)
Participer à la fabrication des premières unités;
Communiquer l'informations importantes à la réalisation du projet;
Agir à titre de personnes ressource pour les projets déjà implantés;
Toutes autres tâches connexes attribuées par son supérieur immédiat;
Formation et expérience
BAC en génie mécanique ou DEC en matériaux composites, génie mécanique avec combinaison d'expérience jugé pertinente.
Compétences et aptitudes
Expérience dans l'industrie des matériaux composites;
Connaissance des procédés LRTM, Infusion et HLUP
Maitrise de SolidWorks
Bonne capacité à communiquer;
Bilinguisme (français, anglais fonctionnel);
Capacité d'analyse;
