Notre partenaire est un Entrepreneur et il recherche un employé d'équiepe & passionné par la plomberie afin d'occuper un rôle crucial dans son entreprise. Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur d'entrepôt, vous serez principalement responsable de :

Salaire selon l'expérience (22 à 26$/heures)
Poste de jour 40h/semaine, du lundi au vendredi débutant à 6:30
Assurances collectives après 3 mois de service & 4 semaines de vacances
Principales responsabilités
Passez les commandes de location d'équipements, d'achat ou réparation d'outillages et de consommables auprès des fournisseurs;
Entrer les commandes au système informatique et s'assurer de la conformité des prix;
Faire le suivi des locations d'équipements avec les chantiers et faire le suivi des outils;
Maintenir à jour la plate-forme d'inventaire de l'outillage et des locations pour qu'elle reflète l'inventaire réel de l'entrepôt, des chantiers et des camions;
Faire les suivis avec les fournisseurs pour s'assurer que les pièces commandées sont reçues dans les délais appropriés;
Aviser les personnes ressources de l'entreprise lorsqu'une pièce est discontinuée, en rupture de stock ou a subi un changement de prix;
Préparer les commandes pour réapprovisionner les réserves de consommables;
Transmettre les rapports de suivi périodiquement au dirigeant de l'entreprise;
Communiquer et coopérer avec le superviseur et ses collègues;
Suivre les normes de service de qualité et se conformer aux procédures;
Faire le suivi de la flotte des véhicules, pour les réparations, les entretiens annuels, la propreté et les changements de conducteur. Tenir les registres à jour;
Toute autres tâches connexes jugées nécessaires.
Être totalement à l'aise dans un environnement informatisé;
Excellentes connaissances des matériaux, de l'outillage et des fournisseurs en plomberie;
Connaissances de la suite Excel et être à l'aise avec les logiciels de suivi
