Au Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord, les principales responsabilités seront :
Soutenir l'équipe-école et participer à la prévention, au dépistage, à l'aide ponctuelle et à l'accompagnement des élèves qui présentent ou qui sont susceptibles de présenter des difficultés d'adaptation ou d'apprentissage;
Contribuer à la démarche d'aide dans le but de favoriser et soutenir la santé mentale positive et le bien être des élèves;
Accompagner les équipes-école à préciser la nature de la problématique en les conseillant et les soutenant dans leur démarche éducative;
Piloter et animer des groupes d'entraide en lien avec diverses problématiques telles que le stress, l'anxiété, etc.;
Participer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire à l'élaboration et la révision du plan d'intervention de l'élève;
Effectuer, si nécessaire, à l'évaluation du fonctionnement psychologique et mental des élèves pour la favorisation de leur interaction avec leur environnement et de les soutenir dans leur cheminement scolaire et leur épanouissement personnel et social.
