Le conseiller aux ventes, électroménagers agit à titre d'expert en offrant des renseignements détaillés et des conseils éclairés aux clients dans le but de conclure des ventes.Votre rôle :
Fournir à la clientèle des conseils éclairés et spécialisés tant sur les produits électroménagers que sur les produits complémentaires, les plans de garantie et les plans de financement, s'il y a lieu, dans le but de conclure des ventes Assurer l'atteinte des cibles de vente hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles, de même que des objectifs de marge Se tenir informé des promotions en magasin ainsi que des initiatives marketing Assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire en adhérant aux politiques de l'organisation en matière de marchandisage et de santé et sécurité Approcher de manière proactive les clients pour offrir le meilleur service client et évaluer leurs besoins; Être en mesure d'accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément Les compétences que nous recherchons :
