L'organisation possède un espace d'atelier de 35 000 pieds carré et un système de gestion (ERP).
Mise en Production
Le ou la Technicien(ne) en mise en production travaillera sous la supervision du chef d'équipe production.
Responsabilités :
Analyse des composantes et outillages nécessaires pour la fabrication et suivi avec les achats et la planification;
Optimisation du flow de matériel,
Suivi avec les différents groupes pour les composantes, dessins, et informations techniques supplémentaires nécessaire avant le début de production;
Impression des étiquettes d'identification des composantes pour les assemblages, panneaux et d'installation;
Gestion des consommables en fabrication;
Consommation du matériel, traitement des retours, et lancement des besoins d'achats pour les consommables à l'approvisionnement;
Implication dans l'harmonisation, la planification, et l'avancement des projets;
Remue-méninge de solution envers nos enjeux techniques de production et d'approvisionnement;
Participer au bon fonctionnement de l'inventaire physique;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes que celles non assignées (analyse de données, implication dans des projets d'amélioration continu, etc);
Qualifications / Exigences :
2-5 ans dans un poste similaire ou un poste de fabrication;
DEP en Électromécanique;
Très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais ;
Maitrise de la suite office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ;
Expérience avec un logiciel de gestion intégré (ERP) ;
Minutie, versatilité, travail d'équipe et grande capacité de concentration ;
Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer de façon écrite et verbale ;
Autonomie, esprit d'analyse et capacité de gérer les délais serrés ;
ATOUT
Expérience dans un milieu manufacturier ;
Connaissance du logiciel Infor Syteline ;
