OMG Resto, c'est quoi?
Situé dans l'ancienne église Sainte-Thérèse au cœur de Sherbrooke, le OMG est un endroit festif où mêmes les plus sages seront tentés d'écouter le diable qui sommeille en eux. Au menu : burgers, tacos, poutines, tartares… en plus d'entrées gourmandes, de cocktails signature et de desserts décadents, le tout dans un décor unique et une ambiance de feu. C'est LA place party à Sherbrooke!

Description du poste
Tâches et responsabilités :
Établir, appliquer et faire respecter les politiques et procédures de la cuisine et de l'entreprise;
Superviser l'ensemble des activités de la cuisine Élaborer conjointement avec le chef les menus spéciaux;
Procéder à une inspection quotidienne des aires de travail et veiller à l'application des normes d'hygiène, de salubrité, de santé et de sécurité au travail;
Seconder le chef dans la préparation des commandes;
Assurer le service;
Coordonner le service et la mise en place;
Passer des commandes aux fournisseurs;
Participer à la confection de menus;
Faire le suivi du bon entretien des équipements;
Assurer le contrôle des températures des réfrigérateurs;
Tenir l'aire de travail propre.
Qualifications :
Détenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en cuisine;
Détenir une formation en hygiène et salubrité (Atout).
Posséder une expérience pertinente comme responsable de cuisine.
Démontrer une dextérité au-dessus de la moyenne;
Démontrer une capacité de gestion du stress (en période de pointe, ça va vite !!);
Autonomie;
Bon communicateur;
Démontrer des aptitudes de gestionnaire et un leadership mobilisateur.
