Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi entre 7h30-8h et 16h-16h30
Principales responsabilités
Veiller au respect des normes de santé, de sécurité et de l'environnement dans le département des conduits non-isolés, en garantissant un environnement propre et sécuritaire.
Effectuer des rondes régulières dans le département des conduits non-isolés pour surveiller l'avancement de la production et assurer le respect des quotas.
Collaborer avec les opérateurs du département pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs quotidiens.
Garantir la disponibilité du matériel et des outils nécessaires aux machines des conduits non-isolés, en les fournissant si nécessaire.
Créer et dispenser des formations aux employés sur les méthodes et instructions de travail, en particulier en utilisant le côté instructions Dozuki. Assurer une communication claire des directives et veiller à leur suivi.
Monter et entretenir les configurations des machines-Dozuki de l'usine.
Élaborer et maintenir les instructions de dépannage de l'usine sur Dozuki.
Effectuer des tests de colle en début de quart, mélanger la colle en cours de quart et nettoyer le malaxeur en fin de quart, assurant un transfert harmonieux au quart de travail suivant.
Intervenir lors des arrêts machine en suivant le processus établi dans Dozuki.
Effectuer des ajustements mineurs sur les machines.
Documenter de manière détaillée les problèmes mécaniques.
Mettre à jour les critères d'inspection et effectuer des inspections des produits conformément à ces critères.
Collecter de manière détaillée les problèmes de qualité.
Superviser et coordonner les activités des employés du département des conduits non-isolés.
Maintenir une communication constante avec la gestionnaire de production pour assurer une collaboration efficace .

Paie hebdomadaire
Diplôme : Maîtrise du génie mécanique et de la fabrication continue.
Expérience : 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire
Connaissances : Connaissance des systèmes de planification de maintenance.
Compétences : Bonnes compétences en pneumatique, électricité, logique de contrôle des machines et Dozuki.
Solide compétence sur Solidworks.
Traits de caractère : Souci du détail, autonomie, excellentes compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe.
