VOICI LE POSTE : Jamais le même milieu de travail. tu vas voir du pays! Beau temps, mauvais temps… l'installation a lieu.
Tu es payé lors du transport vers les chantiers et les équipes varient entre 2 et 15 personnes.
Tu installes différentes structures de chapiteaux.
Tu manipules différents outils (marteau cogneur, perceuse, scie ronde, treuil).
Tu conduis différents camions et chariots élévateurs.
Tu as un moral d'acier.
La routine t'ennuie.
Tu es en très bonne forme physique et tu recherches toujours à repousser tes limites.
À QUOI RESSEMBLE LE SUCCÈS :
Dans 3 mois : Tu apprends en faisant. Tu poses des questions. Tu es familiarisé avec la séquence d'installation. Tu maitrises les outils technologiques nécessaires au poste. Tu as passé ton test de conduite des camions, chariots élévateurs et nacelles. Tu es impliqué à fond… On ne peut plus se passer de toi.
Dans 6 mois : Tu es autonome dans les installations standards. Tu as une vision globale du plan-séquence. Tu planifies les étapes d'installation. Tu coordonnes/mets en action le plan de match. Tu exerces un contrôle quantité/qualité sur l'avancée des travaux. Tu es en mesure de réajuster le plan de match afin d'atteindre les objectifs prévus.
Dans 12 mois : Tu interviens dans les autres départements qui ont un impact sur le tien. Tu maitrises la séquence interdépartementale. Tu participes au développement du processus. Tu formes des nouveaux employés. Avec toi, on trouve toujours des solutions… Le show must go on!
TOUTES LES QUALIFICATION REQUISES ET EXPÉRIENCE DE TRAVAIL CI-DESSOUS :
Être disponible à travailler plus d'heures en période estivale (avril à septembre);
Tu es manuel et débrouillard;
Tu as une bonne condition physique et tu veux travailler dehors.
Disponibilité à découcher au besoin.
Tu as ton permis de conduire (classe5) et tu es capable de conduire un camion de 20' et/ou Pick-Up avec remorque;
1 à 2 d'expérience dans un domaine connexe ; rénovation, paysagement, piscine, construction, montage de scènes.
