Au cours des années, nous avons acquis une expertise dans le développement de produits pharmaceutiques non stériles sous forme liquide, semi-solide ou en suspension.https : / / *** / fr /Ingénieur de projet en fabrication Responsable de la gestion des projets d'installation des équipements, de modification du bâtiment ou d'amélioration. Responsabilités :
Responsable des projets techniques incluant des projets de rénovation du bâtiment, l'achat de nouveaux équipements et l'installation
Gérer le processus de contrôle de changement et la qualification de ses projets et s'assurer que la qualification rencontre les BPFc
Établir et entretenir des contacts avec les clients (internes et externes) pour définir les besoins
Effectuer la présentation de l'information technique ou des concepts
Concevoir et gérer des plans de projet
Responsable du respect de l'échéancier du projet et du budget
Gérer les changements d'envergure (scope change and scope creep)
Effectuer les recherches de faisabilités.
Diriger le processus d'achat pour ces projets, ce qui comprend l'approvisionnement et la négociation avec les fournisseurs.
Produire des relevés de quantité et préparer des estimations budgétaires et des rapports
Demander et réviser des dossiers d'appels d'offres, de devis, et d'autres documents techniques
Surveiller et inspecter la mise en place, la modification et la mise en service des installations
Prendre en charge des problématiques techniques majeures en usine et agir à titre de personne ressource pour aider à solutionner les problèmes
Apporter des idées et solutions pour améliorer l'efficacité et la sécurité
Respecter les politiques de la compagnie
Compétences et expériences recherchées :
Diplôme universitaire en génie
Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique
Bonnes connaissances des systèmes automatisés
Bonnes connaissances des systèmes mécaniques
Connaissances des équipements d'emballage et / ou équipements pharmaceutiques (un atout)
Connaissances des concepts Lean six sigma (un atout)
Excellente organisation et gestion du temps
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
Forte capacité à prioriser et à respecter les délais
Bilinguisme requis : anglais et français
Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle, orale et écrite
