Nous sommes à la recherche de signaleurs et installateurs routiers pour développer notre nouveau bureau de Jonquière.
Groupe signalisation est prêt à accueillir et à former des personnes qui ont de l'intérêt à faire carrière en signalisation ! Le travail de signaleur est un travail important qui nécessite la plus grande vigilance pour protéger les clients, les usagers de la route et les piétons ! Nous considérons toutes les candidatures, mêmes si vous n'avez pas de formation !
En tant que signaleur, ta présence est importante pour :
Assurer la protection des clients en construction, des usagers de la route et des piétons;
Arrêter les véhicules à proximité de la zone de travaux;
Gérer la circulation qui doit se faire sur une seule voie, en alternance dans les 2 sens;
Diriger la circulation des conducteurs et de la machinerie qui doit être envoyés dans la zone de travaux;
Installer des balises de signalisation routière (panneaux, cônes, etc)

Salaire compétitif à partir de 24,09$ : Augmentations salariales en fonction du nombre d'heures travaillées.
Formation payée 300$ : Nous payons la formation ou une prime de 300$ à ceux qui ont déjà leur STC-SIR !
Équipement payé : ET 0,15$/h pour les bottes.
Équipe tissées serrées : Tu peux même nous envoyer le CV de tes connaissances pour obtenir la prime de 500$*.
Vacances de plus que les normes ! 6% de vacances au départ et 8% après 10 ans.
Congés de plus que les normes ! une banque maladie et 10 congés fériés.
Transport payé : tu pars du bureau au lieu d'aller directement au chantier.
Possibilité d'avancement : Pour ceux qui se démarquent, il est possible de devenir formateur, ou chef de chantier (niveau 2) avec 2,50$ de prime.
Cotisations au REER : 0,10$/h de l'heure pour prévoir ta retraite.
Les exigences du poste :
Permis de conduire classe 5 valide;
Avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer du bureau au chantier;
Carte de signaleur routier (obligatoire);
Carte ASP construction (un atout);
Disponible pour travailler sur un horaire variable, saisonnier et sur appel en tout temps;
Excellente forme physique*;
Être un lève tôt et aimer passer du temps à l'extérieur !
• Des conditions s'appliquent selon la politique en vigueur.
• Puisque le travail de signaleur routier est exigeant (métier nécessitant de rester debout pendant de longues heures, travail extérieur), il faut être en bonne santé.
