• Remplacement maternité*Temporaire - Temps partiel 20h/semaine incluant 1 fin de semaine sur 2 VOTRE CONTRIBUTION : Superviser l'ensemble des activités de l'unité visant à prodiguer les soins requis aux résidents selon les standards de la profession et les procédures établis à Signature;
Promouvoir les services offerts à Signature à l'ensemble de la résidence;
Assister la directrice - soins infirmiers au niveau des tâches cliniques et administratives de l'unité de soins;
Voir à l'application des procédures cliniques et au respect des procédures d'ordre administratif;
Participer activement à la création et au maintien d'un milieu de vie stimulant et dynamique pour les résidents;
Contribuer à la prévention des accidents.

HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL : Les horaires de ce titre d'emploi comprennent des quarts de travail qui couvrent tous les jours de la semaine. Le titulaire d'un poste peut être appelé à travailler soit le jour, le soir ou la nuit et une (1) fin de semaine sur deux (2).
VOTRE PROFIL : Membre de l'OIIQ;
Expérience de deux (2) ans en supervision d'équipe de soins ou toute autre expérience pertinente;
Expérience et connaissance pertinente du milieu de vie en résidence, (un atout);
Bonne connaissance des logiciels Word et Excel;
Bilinguisme (un atout);
Orientation client;
Travail d'équipe;
Sens de l'organisation et rigueur;
Compétences techniques;
Communication interpersonnelle;
Orientation vers l'action et les résultats.
