A titre de contrôleur de projet (PCO) vous participerez au suivi financier de plusieurs projets. Vous serez responsable des revues financières avec le chargé de projets et vous supporterez plusieurs activités de coordination. De plus, vous participerez activement à l'affectation projet d'employés internes et externes.
Voici comment vous serez impliqué :
• Être responsable du suivi financier d'un portfolio de projets : budget, prévision financière, suivi des feuilles de temps, suivi des dépenses, etc.
• Faire des projections financières
• Produire, interpréter et présenter des rapports financiers aux gestionnaires
• Créer et mettre en place des outils de suivi financier
• Mettre à jour de chiffriers financiers et opérationnels
• Être responsable de la facturation
• Recevoir et gérer les demandes de besoin de personnel pour les projets (TI)
• Faire le suivi des besoins de personnel jusqu'à l'obtention des PO
• Effectuer toute tâche administrative connexe
Votre expérience
• L'obtention d'un Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, technologie de l'information ou autre domaine pertinent
• 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
• Expérience avec les méthodologies de projets
• Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, MS Project et PowerPoint
• Faire preuve de rigueur professionnelle et de minutie
