Description :
Le technicien ou la technicienne aux initiatives commerciales au service des Entreprises travaillera de concert avec les directeurs et les gestionnaires de comptes du même service afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des dossiers-clients, tel que
La gestion des demandes des clients
Le suivis sur les mises à jour des dossiers de l'équipe
La préparation de documents corporatifs
De plus, la personne bénéficiera de l'expertise et du coaching des membres de l'équipe des ventes pour perfectionner ses compétences ainsi que plusieurs outils et moyens seront mis à sa disposition pour atteindre les objectifs individuels et d'équipe.
Plus spécifiquement, voici quelques-uns des défis professionnels reliés au poste :
Effectuer la saisie de données dans Excel pour finaliser les demandes, les modifications et les mises à jour annuelles dans les dossiers clients.
Gestion des suivis et échéances en ce qui a trait aux renouvellements, aux modifications et aux nouvelles affaires via des tableaux de bord.
Gestion du volet administratif et technique des demandes internes et modifications en cours de traitement afin de maintenir une bonne fluidité.
Envoie de confirmation de certains documents tels que les propositions, soumissions, contrats, notes de couverture, attestations et certificats d'assurance aux clients ou à des fournisseurs externes (locateurs/créanciers/banques/etc).
Gérer et classer les suivis de courriels et autres communications dans les dossiers clients.
Prise d'appels téléphoniques et messages des clients en période de pointe.
Préparer et coordonner les envois postaux.
