Gérer les opérations de cuisine et assurer le respect de toutes les politiques, normes et procédures en matière de restauration.
Estimer les besoins quotidiens de production sur une base hebdomadaire et communiquer quotidiennement les besoins de production au personnel de cuisine.
Assister le chef exécutif dans toutes les opérations et la préparation de la cuisine.
Assurer le respect des normes d'hygiène et de manipulation des aliments.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches pour le remplacement, au besoin, du chef ou des employés.
Contrôler la manipulation des aliments et les températures de conservation.
Vérifier la qualité des produits alimentaires et s'assurer que les normes sont respectées.
• Polyvalence
• Travail sur quarts de travail (jour/soir/fins de semaine)
• Expérience avec le public
• Diplôme d'une institution ou école accrédité en gestion hôtelière ou art culinaire ou dans un domaine connexe.
