Très polyvalent, l'adjoint à l'entretien ménager a l'opportunité d'apprendre et de participer au fonctionnement de plusieurs facettes du département de l'entretien ménager de l'établissement. L'adjoint doit être disponible, flexible, discrète, soucieux de faire un excellent travail ainsi que de porter attention aux détails. En soit, ce poste représente une excellente opportunité d'apprentissage en gestion.
Résumé des responsabilités :
Sous la direction du directeur de l'entretien ménager (Gouvernant) la personne devra :
Assister le directeur de l'entretien ménager dans toutes les tâches quotidiennes;
Planifier, organiser et contrôler le travail des employés (préposées aux chambres et équipiers);
Former le personnel sur les techniques de travail et l'utilisation des produits;
Faire des ouvertures/fermetures du département;
Gérer et contrôler les travaux quotidiens et périodiques;
Inspecter les chambres et les aires publiques, selon les standards établis par l'établissement;
Participe à l'élaboration de différents projets dans le département;
Aide au maintien des tâches administratives du département;
Collabore étroitement avec les autres départements de l'hôtel.
Conditions:
Poste à temps partiel ou plein selon disponibilité. Horaire de travail de jour, doit être disponible les samedis/dimanches et jours fériés.
Un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience dans l'entretien ménager
Avoir de l'expérience comme superviseur(e) à l'entretien ménager, un atout;
Bilinguisme requis, français et anglais;
Connaissances des système informatiques (excel, outlook, IQware un atout)
Aptitudes pour la gestion des ressources humaines (gestion des équipes de travail, gestion des conflits) et bon communicateur;
Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles;
Habileté à former;
Personne motivé par l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs;
Personne orientée vers le service de la clientèle et du besoin de la clientèle;
Attitudes et comportement professionnels (aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe, autonomie, dynamisme, entregent, honnêteté, polyvalence, sens de l'initiative, sens de l'organisation);
Avoir une excellente capacité de gestion efficace du temps;
Capacité à gérer les priorités;
Leadership et capacité de prise de décisions;
Avoir une bonne connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de santé et sécurité liées au département;
Tolérance au stress et travailler sous pression;
Bonne forme physique.
