Notre département d'estimation et de gestion de projets est composé de plus de 20 professionnels qui combinent leur expertise et leur ingéniosité afin de relever les défis que présente la construction dans l'Arctique.
Principales responsabilités
Collaborer au processus de soumissions et procéder à l'analyse d'appels d'offres;
Analyser les plans, devis et documents de soumission;
Définir les besoins du projet;
Négocier, octroyer et préparer les contrats de sous-traitance et les bons de commandes;
Coordonner les effectifs requis;
Coordonner les budgets et assurer un suivi de la facturation et des paiements;
Assurer l'aspect administratif des projets : rapports, avis de changements et/ou extra ou tout autre avenant au projet ;
Participer à l'élaboration et l'application du programme de prévention;
Assurer l'avancement des travaux dans le respect des standards de qualité, des échéanciers et des budgets prévus;
Superviser et appuyer le surintendant de chantier;
Agir à titre d'intermédiaire entre les différents intervenants.
Effectuer les post mortem des projets et faire des suggestions constructives pour optimiser la compétitivité de l'entreprise;
Participer aux différentes réunion (avancement de projet, amélioration continue, etc.…);
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Conditions d'emploi :
Les candidats doivent avoir le droit de travailler dans le pays choisi au moment où un emploi leur est offert. Il incombe entièrement aux aspirants posant leur candidature d'obtenir les permis de travail, les visas ou toutes autres autorisations requises pour le poste.
• Le masculin est utilisé pour alléger le texte, et ce, sans préjudice pour la forme féminine.
Baccalauréat en génie de la construction, architecture ou tout autre domaine pertinent ou toute autre combinaison de formation et expérience en lien avec le poste;
Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets division bâtiment de grandes envergures;
Expérience avec la gestion de projet en « design built » un atout;
Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office et MS Project;
Anglais avancé à l'oral et à l'écrit;
Être disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels sur les chantiers situés en région éloignée.
