L'histoire de Groupe Lebel débute en 1956, lorsque Deniso Lebel acquiert sa première scierie à Saint-Michel-du-Squatec, dans le Témiscouata.
C'est le début d'une longue aventure caractérisée par plusieurs acquisitions et constructions.
Depuis 2004, Louis-Frédéric Lebel gère l'entreprise familiale à partir du siège social, à Rivière-du-Loup, en adoptant un style de gestion flexible qui lui permet de relever de nombreux défis.
Groupe Lebel est en constante progression :
au fil du temps, les entreprises Bois Daaquam, Lebel Cambium, IB EWP ainsi que Les Bois Lemelin, Bois de sciage Lafontaine et Plaster Rock Lumber Corporation se sont greffées à l'entreprise.
Si bien que maintenant, vingt-trois usines de sciage et de produits à valeur ajoutée font partie de l'entreprise familiale, en plus de son siège social et de son bureau des ventes.
Le Groupe Lebel est l'un des principaux fabricants de bois d'œuvre de l'Est du Canada parfaitement intégré verticalement, de la coupe des arbres à la distribution de produits finis.
Principales fonctions:
Sous la supervision du directeur d'usine et du contremaître, le ou la candidat(e) devra assurer la maintenance industrielle, effectuer le câblage, les raccordements et l'installation de systèmes de contrôle.
Il doit aussi effectuer le démarrage et la mise à niveau des différents équipements de production, faire différents tests, localiser et réparer le matériel électrique, procéder à la calibration et viser l'optimisation des équipements.
Connaissance en mécanique, électricité, soudure, pneumatique hydraulique.
