Description du poste
Le responsable des approvisionnements doit s'assurer la réception de marchandises, puis la mise en cartons de produits commandés par un client et leur étiquetage en vue de leur expédition.
Tâches et responsabilités
Préparer la production
Remplir les commandes en suivant les différentes étapes
Vérifier et identifier les pièces.
Signer et inscrire la date de réquisition
Emballer les pièces
Identifier l'emballage
Faire la prise des photos.
Faire de la mini-production
Effectuer les montages demandés.
Suivre le plan de montage.
S'assurer d'utiliser les bonnes pièces ainsi que les bonnes mesures.
Avertir le responsable de la section.
Ranger les différents stocks
S'assurer que le minimum requis de chaque produit est placé à l'endroit approprié.
S'assurer que ce produit correspond au numéro et à la description inscrite.
Effectuer toutes les autres tâches nécessaires au bon fonctionnement et demandées par son supérieur.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à l'emploi
• Le masculin est employé pour alléger le texte.
Le candidat doit idéalement détenir un diplôme d'étude secondaire. Il doit avoir de bonnes capacités physiques, être rapide, fiable et avoir des habiletés manuelles.
