Fondé en 1984, Global tardif est l'un des plus gros manufacturiers d'ascenseur de l'Amérique du nord. Il fabrique à l'interne des cabines, des entrées, et des structures d'ascenseurs.

Description du poste
Sous la supervision du contremaître, le mécanicien de métal en feuilles s'affaire à exécuter toutes les actions menant à la réalisation du projet qui lui sont confiées. Dans le cadre de son travail, l'employé se doit d'être polyvalent et d'exécuter toutes les tâches reliées à la fabrication d'un ascenseur à l'aide de différents outils. Il peut, lorsque le besoin se présente, l'employé soit amené à travailler dans d'autres départements.
Tâches et responsabilités
Lit et interprète les plans.
Exécute des croquis ou des esquisses de toutes les opérations relatives au travail de métal en feuilles.
Ajuste et utilise les outils suivants : guillotine, presse-mécanique, machine à souder, machine au plasma ou toutes autres machines d'utilité courante.
Suit les règles et les procédures de contrôle de qualité.
Fait les vérifications qualité requises. (10%)
Travaille de manière sécuritaire en tout temps.
Donne la formation nécessaire aux nouveaux employés.
Vérifie la concordance du travail fait avec les plans initiaux.
Tâches reliées au pliage
Plie les pièces de métal en feuilles selon les dessins d'atelier.
Ajuste l'appareil de pliage selon les dimensions demandées.
Manipule le matériel en tenant compte de la fragilité du matériel.
Tâches reliées au coupage
Ajuste l'appareil de coupe selon les dimensions.
Découpe les pièces de métal en feuille en s'assurant d'utiliser le bon matériel
Manipule le matériel selon le type de finition.
Identifie les matériaux selon chaque projet.
Prévient les responsables pour commander le stock minimum.
Tâches reliées au perçage
Perce à l'aide d'outils les pièces de métal en feuilles.
Fait les trous et les dégagements Notchage .
Fait le dégagement de la scie sauteuse au besoin.
Tâches reliées à l'assemblage
Prépare les pièces à assembler en réunissant le matériel.
Détermine la séquence d'assemblage.
Assemble adéquatement les pièces.
Règle et utilise les appareils de soudage.
Règle et utilise l'outillage tels que : grinder, perceuse manuelle, etc.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à l'emploi
• Le masculin est employé pour alléger le texte.
Le candidat doit détenir un DEP en ferblanterie ou avoir une expérience significative. Il doit avoir le sens du détail, il doit être ordonné, responsable et autonome.
