Sommaire de la fonction :
Relevant du superviseur de la maintenance, l'électromécanicienne ou l'électromécanicien assure le bon fonctionnement et l'entretien préventif des équipements en effectuant diverses tâches telles qu'installer, modifier ou réparer des équipements déjà en place, répondre aux différents appels de service (troubleshooting) suivant les bris survenus pendant la production). Plus précisément, votre rôle consiste à:
Assurer le bon fonctionnement et de l'entretien préventif des équipements ; troubleshooting, automates, systèmes électroniques, électriques, pneumatiques, hydrauliques, robotiques et soudure tig et mig ;
Prendre en charge les différents bons de travail sur son quart ou toutes demandes d'installation, de réparation, de dépannage, de modification requis par la production ;
Veiller au respect des normes HACCP-SQF ;
Compléter les rapports de suivis relatifs aux tâches de prévention ou de réparation, incluant les normes HACCP-SQF.
Profil recherché :
L'électromécanicienne ou électromécanicien recherché(e), détient les qualifications suivantes :
Détenir un DEP en électromécanique, mécanique industrielle ou autre formation pertinente ;
Posséder au moins 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en électromécanique en milieu industriel (secteur alimentaire atout) ;
Avoir de l'expérience avec les systèmes électriques, mécaniques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques ;
Savoir faire de la soudure au tig, mig, arc (atout) ;
Avoir complété sa licence en électricité (licence CÉ /anciennement licence C) est un atout ;
Connaître les normes HACCP/SQF (atout).
