Actuellement en phase de croissance, nous cherchons à enrichir notre équipe de certification en accueillant un technicien (enne) comptable ambitieux et dynamique. Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) comptable senior pour rejoindre notre équipe de tenue de livres. Sous la responsabilité d'un directeur, le/la technicien(ne) comptable sera responsable de la gestion des dossiers comptables des clients, en assurant leur conformité avec les pratiques et normes internes en vigueur.

Passionné(e) et curieux(se) :
Avides d'apprendre et de développer ses compétences professionnelles en comptabilité.
Expérimenté(e) :
Possède 5 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet comptable ou une expérience complémentaire significative.
Orienté(e) Client :
Forte orientation client avec une passion pour l'offre de services de qualité supérieure répondant aux besoins et attentes des clients.
Adaptabilité :
Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à un environnement en évolution rapide et à prendre des décisions éclairées dans des situations complexes. Affiche une ouverture d'esprit, une adaptabilité constante, et un désir prononcé pour l'apprentissage et le développement professionnel.
Gestion de Volume de Projets :
Capacité à gérer efficacement un volume important de projets de comptabilité, en assurant la qualité et le respect des délais.Responsabilités principales :
Gestion des dossiers clients (40%) :
Prendre en charge les dossiers de comptabilité des clients, assurer la tenue de livres, les rapprochements bancaires, et la préparation des états financiers.
Remises gouvernementales (20%) :
Effectuer les remises gouvernementales telles que DAS, TPS/TVQ, CCQ, etc., en veillant à la conformité et aux délais réglementaires.
Production des formulaires (20%) :
Produire les formulaires T-4/RL1, T-5/RL3, et autres documents fiscaux requis, en assurant leur exactitude et leur conformité.
Suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs (10%) :
Assurer le suivi et la gestion des comptes clients et fournisseurs, y compris la facturation et les paiements.
Collaboration et communication (10%) :
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir l'exactitude et la fiabilité des informations financières, tout en maintenant une communication efficace avec les clients.
Exigences :
Détenir un DEC en comptabilité ou équivalent.Bonne connaissance de la comptabilité et du cycle comptable complet.Maîtrise du logiciel Acomba ou QuickBooks.
