Description du poste :
Nous recherchons un superviseur de production pour le secteur de la peinture et de l'usinage pour intégrer cette compagnie en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal devra posséder des compétences techniques solides en gestion de personnel, un souci du détail et un engagement envers la sécurité et la qualité.
Salaire :
Salaire annuel jusqu'à 90 000 dollars
Horaire :
Horaires de jour, du lundi au vendredi. Heure de début entre 05h30 et 07h30. Temps de travail par semaine :
37.5 heures.
Responsabilités principales :
• Planifier et analyser le travail mensuel et les entretiens d'équipement afin d'atteindre les objectifs de livraisons, puis communiquer des rapports sur l'évolution des commandes au Chef de fabrication ainsi qu'aux Gestionnaires de programmes ;
• Aligner votre équipe afin d'atteindre les indicateurs de performances du département tel que la diminution des coûts occasionnés par la mauvaise qualité (COPQ) et assurer la satisfaction des clients ;
• Établir et maintenir un environnement de travail mobilisant, sain et sécuritaire pour son équipe;
• Assurer le recrutement, la formation, le développement et la gestion de son équipe ;
• Assurer la résolution des problèmes de production dans les plus brefs délais et informer les groupes clients des impacts sur les délais de livraison ;
• Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration des procédés de production et réaliser des projets d'amélioration continue au sein de son département.

• Posséder 3 ans d'expérience en supervision d'équipe de fabrication au Québec
• Maîtrise de la langue française et bonne habileté de communication orale et écrite en anglais ;
• Bonnes connaissances de la planification des ressources de production
• Expérience dans un environnement de travail syndiqué et gestion d'une équipe de plus de 20 personnes
