Que fait un(e) estimateur(trice) construction - spécialité en valorisation de projets chez Dinamo?
Tu participeras à la valorisation et au développement des projets et à la planification des étapes menant à la production d'estimés complets. Voici tes principales tâches :
Participer aux stratégies de développement de projet avant l'estimation;
Participer aux rencontres de développement auprès des clients en cas de besoin (avant-projet);
Analyser le projet (faisabilité, alignement du projet avec la vision du client, idées novatrices, etc.) afin de donner de la plus-value au projet;
Analyser et interpréter les plans et devis ainsi que les soumissions des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants;
Rechercher et négocier les propositions auprès des divers intervenants (sous-traitants et fournisseurs);
Selon les propositions, préparer l'estimation des coûts de matériaux, de main-d'œuvre et d'équipement;
Participer à l'élaboration de documents de présentation;
Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les professionnels, fournisseurs, les sous-traitants et les clients;
Maintenir à jour les outils de travail tel que les estimés maîtres, la liste des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants;
Maintenir à jour la liste des statistiques monétaires et quantitatives des projets.
Ce qu'il faut pour le poste?
Détenir un DEC dans une spécialité en lien avec le bâtiment ou un BAC en en génie du bâtiment, de la construction, en génie civil ou en architecture ou toute autre formation reliée au domaine de la construction
Avoir de l'expérience en estimation ou dans un domaine relié à la construction
Maitriser les chiffriers Excel et avoir des habilités avec divers logiciels
Savoir bien communiquer
Être organisé(e) et structuré(e) - beaucoup de dossiers en même temps, il faut être capable de garder le cap!
Être un(e) bon(ne) analyste
