SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Sous la supervision du chef cuisinier, le chef de partie doit veiller à la bonne marche des opérations dans les cuisines, s'assurer de la qualité des produits et de la propreté des lieux. De plus, il doit exercer toutes autres tâches connexes qui lui sont assignées dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

Descriptions des tâches :
Préparer les assiettes selon les normes et les standards établis ;
Appuyer le premier cuisinier pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations ;
Regrouper et cuisiner tous les aliments nécessaires pour les repas ;
Effectuer la mise en place dans les assiettes ;
Répondre aux diverses demandes provenant de la salle à manger et du service de banquet ;
Nettoyer les comptoirs, les éléments chauffants du four, les plaques chauffantes, les réchauds pour les aliments déjà préparés et le four à vapeur ;
Réaliser des potages, des pâtes de base, des hors-d'œuvre, des pièces décorées pour les buffets froids ;
Préparer des bases de sauces.
Habiletés et aptitudes nécessaires :
Aimer le travail d'équipe ;
Avoir une bonne rapidité d'exécution ;
Être fiable et responsable ;
Aimer travailler physiquement.
Horaires de travail : du mercredi au dimanche de 06h00 à 14h30
