Description du poste Nous sommes une entreprise internationale de haute technologie à croissance rapide qui propose des solutions d'essais non destructifs hautes performances pour l'inspection de composants critiques.
Au quotidien, nous développons, produisons et commercialisons des dispositifs de contrôle non destructif :
capteurs, sondes, solutions robotiques, etc., ainsi que les logiciels d'exploitation nécessaires.
Nos instruments ont des applications dans une variété d'industries, notamment les industries du pétrole et du gaz, de l'aérospatiale et du nucléaire.
Ton quotidien :
Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de tout ce qui a trait à la comptabilité et à la gestion de la trésorerie de notre filiale de Québec.
Il doit s'assurer de la bonne comptabilisation des transactions du cycle des achats, de ventes et de paies.
Il doit s'assurer que les politiques de contrôles internes sont appliquées.
De façon générale, il s'assure que son équipe et lui soutiennent le Directeur, Opérations Comptables dans la production de l'information financière.
Dans ce rôle, tu auras à :
Faire la révision de bilan et des résultats des entités à sa charge; Agir à titre de responsable de l'équipe comptable et amener du support dans les tâches courantes et fin de mois; Analyser les résultats réels comparés au budget; Assurer le support aux divers managers et analyse dans le cadre du processus budgétaire; Gérer le cashflow; Assurer la responsabilité de l'audit de la composante canadienne; Gérer les intercos et recharges trimestrielles; Valider et signer des paiements; Approuver la paie; Être responsable des demandes de subventions; Participer à plusieurs projets Ad Hoc.
Le profil recherché :
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (comptabilité) et membre de l'Ordre des CPA; Cinq à dix années d'expérience pertinente; Expérience en cabinet comptable (atout); Expérience de groupes internationaux (atout); Expérience dans une entreprise manufacturière (atout); Maîtrise complète des normes comptables pour les entreprises à capital fermé (NCECF) et des normes internationales d'information financière (IFRS); Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (principalement Excel - niveau intermédiaire/avancé); Connaissance du système ERP « SAP S4 Hana » (atout) ou de tout autre ERP; Bilingue; Travaillant et flexible au niveau de l'horaire; Sens de l'organisation, capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression; Minutie et débrouillardise; Ambition pour progression et orienté vers la performance.
