Nous sommes à la recherche d'un candidat autonome, rigoureux et avec l'esprit d'initiative, qui possède une expérience prouvée pour la gestion du temps et la recherche d'information et qui saura contribuer à l'amélioration continue des projets administratifs de la firme. Votre rôle et vos principales responsabilités :
Assister les professionnels en placement dans l'ensemble des tâches administratives courantes (formulaires, suivis des comptes de placement, suivis pour les transferts et les échéances, création d'accès web, etc.);
Assister les professionnels en planification financière lors des rencontres avec les clients (préparation des rencontres, prise de notes en rencontre et suivis post-rencontres);
Assurer la réconciliation des actifs durant tout le processus des transferts inter institutions;
Assurer un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure dans l'accueil des clients et dans l'ensemble des communications.

Ce poste d'adjoint en administration des comptes a pour mission de soutenir de manière proactive les membres de l'équipe en gestion de patrimoine.

Profil du candidat recherché
Un (1) à trois (3) ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires ou une combinaison d'expériences connexes;
Bonne maîtrise de l'informatique (suite Office dont Word et Excel);
Anglais fonctionnel (bilinguisme un atout);
Orientation client et aptitudes relationnelles;
Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse;
Bonne capacité d'apprentissage;
Autonomie, débrouillardise et esprit d'initiative;
Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, minutie et discipline au travail;
Capacité à bien gérer les priorités et les délais serrés.
