Principales responsabilités :
Faire fonctionner un lave-vaisselle industriel;
Veiller à ce que les cuisiniers disposent des assiettes et couverts nécessaires et à ce que la vaisselle des clients soit propre;
Trier et empiler les assiettes, charger et décharger le lave-vaisselle;
Trier, empiler et ranger les objets nettoyés en lieu sûr, de façon organisée;
Veiller à ce que les sols de la cuisine soient toujours propres et secs;
Veiller à la propreté et à la sécurité de l'environnement de travail;
Autres tâches, telles qu'assignées.
