Our Service Desk Team serve as the first point of contact for all Michael Hill employees seeking SAAS assistance via phone and our fresh desk ticketing system, and a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Lead to come onboard.
In this newly created, full time permanent role based in our Michael Hill, Canada Office (Mississauga - with work from home flexibility 2 days per week), you will be responsible for:
Coordinating service delivery to Canadian business (via global SD agents)
Front line SD support (partial hours, esp. to learn the ropes in beginning)
Direct point of contact for Canada office staff
Liaising between retail management and corporate IT
Coordinating external vendors
CA project delivery

More about you:
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
Leadership qualities and strong communication skills are essential
Experience supporting Microsoft systems like Windows 10/11, M365, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), Dynamics 365 is preferred
Proven experience along with a strong passion and drive for delivering business value and operations excellence.
