• You will support our team in the Group-wide support and further development of our IT infrastructure. This includes the installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of servers and applications in the Microsoft environment (e. g. Microsoft Active Directory, storage systems, firewall, VM Ware, Veeam).
• We are also happy to place the optimization of system availability, security, and performance in your capable hands. We also welcome your support in maintaining our hardware, TCP/IP networks, and their components.
• It goes without saying that you handle fault reports professionally and take care of their resolution, including prioritization, classification, and escalation.

With a degree in IT or a comparable qualification, you are ideally prepared for this position. Ideally, you will have some professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure. You also have a good understanding of complex IT infrastructures and a good command of English. You have not yet gained experience in all the areas described? No problem, we will be happy to support you in your new role! On a personal level, you will impress us with your independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working and you can also score points with a good sense of humor.
