Le Responsable de Service a le mandat d'assurer la fidélité de la clientèle en offrant un service courtois et personnalisé aux caisses. Il/elle est responsable de superviser le département de service et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du département. Sommaire des responsabilités :
Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et personnalisé;
Faire respecter et appliquer les politiques du magasin;
En l'absence du gérant et lorsque nécessaire voir à la bonne marche du département;
Remplacer le gérant au besoin et autres tâches au besoin;
Poinçonner et/ou passer au lecteur optique la marchandise sélectionnée par le consommateur;
Assurer l'exactitude des prix poinçonnés et effectuer les annulations selon les normes établies;
Manipuler l'argent et les médias (cartes débits, chèques, etc.) et effectuer les dépôts selon les politiques émises;
Assurer le balancement des caisses;
Assurer l'entretien et la propreté du département;
Autres tâches connexes.
Avoir minimum 1 an d'expérience tant que caissier;
Service à la clientèle impeccable;
Sens des responsabilités;
Facilité à communiquer;
Orienté vers les clients;
Esprit d'équipe;
Autonome.
