Roofing Project Coordinator

A day in the life

• Work closely with project team to coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment

• Organize and coordinate submittals

• Review and monitor schedules and quality control

• Review all contracts and accepted quotations

• Write up purchase orders

• Prepare material order sheets and review quantity take-offs

• Attend team meetings

• Assist production with preparing prices

• Work with project team to ensure Flynn follows a QA/QC program

What we are seeking

• Recent graduate of a Construction Management or Engineering & Technologies program (or related field), or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environment

• Proficiency MS office package. MS Project and Bluebeam experience an asset

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to multitask while remaining organized and work in a team environment

• Strong blueprint reading skills
