Ton quotidien
Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler au quotidien les opérations de transport (Division : transport routier) et assurer une standardisation des processus
Négocier les ententes entre nos fournisseurs de services et s'assurer de garder en tout temps d'excellentes relations et durables
Établir les taux de transports avec notre clientèle établie et future, par le biais de soumissions écrites ou verbales
Veiller au développement d'occasions futures en plus d'entretenir avec professionnalisme notre clientèle déjà établie
Procéder à la facturation de chacun des mouvements et s'assurer de la conformité des factures de nos transporteurs conjoints
Analyser, gérer et solutionner les problèmes au quotidien
Répondre aux interrogations du client et cibler ses besoins de transport ainsi que le conseiller au besoin
Participer activement au développement des affaires
Développer de nouveaux territoires, de nouvelles alliances et de nouveaux services
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes afin d'assurer un bon suivi des dossiers en cours
Tes atouts
Formation en logistique du transport
Expérience de 1 an minimum à titre de courtier en transport routier
Bilingue (Français/Anglais) autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Aptitude en vente
Bonne capacité d'analyse et débrouillard
Dynamique, ponctuel, aimer travailler en équipe
Grande autonomie et sens des priorités
