Votre rôle consistera à répondre aux appels de services, effectuer des réparations diverses et plus encore.

27-31$/h selon expérienceHoraire :
Jour du lundi au vendredi - 7h à 16h Principales responsabilités • Effectuer l'entretien préventif selon l'horaire établie;• Procéder à l'entretien général des bâtiments comme de la plomberie de base, de la menuiserie, du plâtrage, etc.• Faire des réparations mineures ou autres travaux non complexes; • Répondre aux appels de services;• Entretenir quotidiennement les immeubles vous étant attitrés;• Assurer la maintenance des multiples systèmes en marche tels que l'électricité, la climatisation, les systèmes CVAC, etc.;• Travailler en toute sécurité, tous les jours et à tout moment;• Toutes autres tâches connexes.Ce qui vous est offert • Assurances collectives complètes;• REER avec participation de l'employeur - jusqu'à 4%;• 6 journées de maladie;• 4 semaines de vacances - possibilité de coller 2 semaines maximum afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement au sein de l'entreprise;• Montant alloué pour vos activités physiques;• Horaire d'été - finissez plus tôt le vendredi;• Bien plus encore! Diplôme d'études secondaires obligatoire - DEP en entretien du bâtiment un atout.Expérience :
Minimum de 3 années dans un milieu similaire.Connaissances :
Des différents types de matériaux de construction et rénovation, des systèmes de gicleurs, des systèmes CVAC et des panneaux d'incendies dans les immeubles.Compétences :
En maintenance, en entretien préventif, en menuiserie, plomberie, électricité de base et autres domaines de la construction.
Traits de caractère :
Souci du détail, autonomie, excellentes compétences en communication, service à la clientèle hors pairs et esprit d'équipe.
