Il est responsable des employés du département, de l'approvisionnement en pièces et de la gestion des sous-traitants. Il valide la conformité des plans et étude requises en accord avec les différentes lois. Il est en charge des projets d'ingénierie. Son rôle est capital afin de doter l'organisation d'une profondeur en matière de connaissances du procédé et une rigueur dans les méthodes de production.Il aura, entre autres, comme défi:
Le maintien et l'amélioration de la performance des équipements;
La mise à niveau et l'approbation des systèmes de sécurité (gardes et contrôle);
L'instauration d'un programme d'entretien préventif informatisé;
L'organisation et l'informatisation de la gestion et de l'achat des pièces de rechange
Responsabilités
Superviser le travail des employés de l'entretien tout en leur apportant aide et assistance
Prendre en charge la gestion et la réalisation des projets techniques (ajout/modification de nouveaux équipements, système de sécurité, optimisation de l'espace utilisé, etc.);
Préparer toute la documentation technique à la suite de la réalisation des projets;
Gérer et coordonner le programme d'entretien préventif et les activités d'entretien correctives;
Contribuer et supporter les initiatives d'amélioration continue et la gestion de la SST;
Participer aux rencontres du comité SST;
Documenter et approuver les analyses de risques pour chaque équipement en conformité avec les normes;
Identifier les dangers avec la participation des employés et s'assurer qu'ils adoptent des comportements sécuritaires et soient bien informés sur les risques;
Approuver les dessins techniques
Maintenir la documentation sur les équipements à jour selon les normes;
Gérer le budget des dépenses d'entretien reliées aux infrastructures;
Négocier les prix et les ententes avec les fournisseurs;
S'assurer d'une gestion positive du rendement et de la motivation de l'ensemble de son équipe;
Assurer une communication étroite avec le personnel sur les objectifs mensuels et annuels du département;
Participer au recrutement et être en charge de la formation spécialisé;
Participer aux rencontres opérationnelles.
Exigences et qualifications requises
BAC en génie.
Membres de l'OIQ
Cinq (5) à sept (7) ans d'expérience en gestion d'entretien industrielle et en milieu manufacturière (atout);
Minimum de deux (2) d'expérience en gestion de la maintenance;
Expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de travail;
Bonnes connaissances informatiques;
Expérience du domaine du papier/imprimerie et/ou des emballages sont un atout;
Excellente capacité de planificaiton, de prévention et de rigueur;
Excellente communication et entregent;
Excellente capacité à gérer le stress et les priorités.
