Notre client, une firme de premier plan en services-conseils et en courtage assurance dommage à l'échelle internationale, est actuellement à la recherche d'un Directeur de compte - clientèle privée pour se joindre à son bureau de Montréal.

Votre rôle :
Vous développez et gérez un portefeuille - clientèle privée et ce au travers du réseau de clients existants de l'organisation dans d'autres lignes d'affaires.
Vous analysez les besoins du client, le conseillez et lui fournissez les protections d'assurances les mieux adaptées à sa situation.
Vous devez constamment chercher à fidéliser la clientèle, l'enrichir et la développer.
Ce rôle est un hybride de gestion de portefeuille et de développement des affaires.
Vos responsabilités :
Travailler avec les partenaires d'affaires internes pour présenter la proposition de valeur du secteur de l'assurance des particuliers aux parties prenantes dont le profil personnel de risque entre dans le cadre recherché;
Nouer des relations étroites avec les directeurs - clientèle privée (nouvelle et existante), via toutes les sources internes et les encourager à avoir recours à un courtier, ou à changer de courtiers ou d'assureurs;
Créer un réseau de clients potentiels externe, en tirant parti des relations d'affaires existantes dans le secteur de la clientèle fortunée et en établissant de nouvelles relations avec les personnes d'influence, notamment les agents immobiliers, les gestionnaires de patrimoine, les concessionnaires automobiles et toute autre personne liée au secteur des produits de luxe;
Évaluer les risques liés au style de vie des assurés éventuels;
Conseiller et recommander une couverture en faisant preuve du plus haut niveau d'intégrité et d'expertise;
Atteindre l'objectif mensuel de production d'affaires nouvelles dans un environnement favorisant la transparence au sein du réseau de clients et des activités;
Les clés de la réussite liées à ce poste :
5 à 8 ans d'expérience en assurances de dommages dans un poste similaire chez un courtier ou assureur;
Permis en assurance de dommages des particuliers délivré par l'AMF;
Bilinguisme essentiel;
Expérience dans la proposition de produits d'assurance pour répondre aux besoins de familles ou de particuliers aisés un atout;
Expérience d'utilisation du système de gestion de la clientèle EPIC; et excellente connaissance des logiciels de la suite Office de Microsoft;
Personne motivée et dynamique
Faire preuve d'initiative et capacité à gérer votre propre horaire;
Compétence reconnue à établir des relations durables avec des familles ou des particuliers aisés;
