L'équipe d'intelligence artificielle appliquée est une équipe du département R&D optimisation responsable de tous les systèmes et produits intelligents qui emploient l'intelligence artificielle. Le but ultime de cette équipe est d'assurer que les systèmes livrés aux clients soient innovants, performants, faciles à utiliser et configurer, le tout dans le but de maintenir BID comme un leader de l'industrie, fidéliser ses clients et percer de nouveaux marchés.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) spécialiste systèmes intelligents R&D pour agrandir notre équipe. À ce titre, vous serez responsable de gérer le développement, la performance, la maintenance et la gestion des systèmes intelligents. Vous participerez activement à la conception de nouveaux produits, à l'amélioration continue des systèmes actuels et à la formation sur l'utilisation des systèmes en tant qu'expert(e). À l'occasion, vous serez appelé(e) à visiter des usines des clients pour suivre la mise en route des systèmes innovants et former le client.
Principales responsabilités
Développement et mise en route de nouveaux produits
Contribuer à identifier des nouvelles applications des systèmes intelligents pour l'industrie du bois.
Collaborer aux différentes étapes de développement de nouveaux systèmes et des outils de contrôle de qualité.
Optimiser le développement des produits pour s'assurer qu'ils soient innovants, performants et faciles à utiliser et configurer.
Participer à la collecte et à l'analyse des données et aux études ROI des prototypes installés pour démontrer la valeur ajoutée.
Supporter l'installation et la configuration des prototypes
Faire le lien entre l'équipe de développement et l'équipe d'installation pour rapporter leurs besoins et définir les stratégies de développement
Gestion de la partie intelligente des systèmes
Gérer et analyser l'ensemble des données d'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) des projets clients et en R&D pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration.
Participer à l'amélioration continue de la performance des applications des systèmes intelligents.
Participer au développement des outils de contrôle de qualité des données et des modèles d'intelligence artificielle.
Optimiser les processus de préparation des projets utilisant des systèmes intelligents.
Transfert technologique et support technique
Analyser les demandes du département de procédé du bois pour améliorer la performance des systèmes intelligents.
Supporter les équipes lors des questionnements et/ou problématiques techniques avec les systèmes intelligents.
Maintenir les procédures, les manuels et les documentations techniques sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités des produits intelligents à jour
Donner de la formation continue et transférer les connaissances aux différents départements sur les nouveaux produits développés.
Formation et expérience
Baccalauréat en génie du Bois ou dans un domaine connexe
Diplôme de deuxième cycle, un atout
Connaissances dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle, un atout
Détenir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine d'optimisation et d'analyse de données
Avoir une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais, parlés et écrits
Savoir-faire technique et savoir-être
Soucis du détail et rigueur
Sens du travail d'équipe
Esprit d'initiative et analytique
Connaissances de programmation (Python, C+), un atout
Autonomie et débrouillardise
