Le chef d'équipe agit comme personne ressource pour les commis à la cour et à l'entrepôt.
Sommaire du poste Le titulaire du poste assure de façon globale le bon fonctionnement de la cour et du service à la clientèle.
Ainsi, il est responsable de l'exécution des tâches de la cour à bois et de l'entrepôt.
Il maintient un bon climat de travail.
Il gère et règle les problèmes qui peuvent survenir dans la cour, et ce à tous les niveaux.
Le chef d'équipe se doit aussi d'assurer le respect des normes et procédures reliées à la santé et à la sécurité du travail, de coordonner le travail sur le plan des ressources humaines et des opérations.
Profil recherché Compétences Avoir une excellente forme physique;Détenir un excellent sens de la planification et de la coordination;Être un bon communicateur;Être professionnel et détenir un leadership positif;Détenir une bonne écoute;Savoir travailler sous pression.
Connaissances et formations requises Avoir de l'expérience dans un poste similaire;Avoir une bonne connaissance des matériaux de construction;Avoir de l'expérience en conduite d'un chariot élévateur;Connaître les règles de charge et d'arrimage de la SAAQ (atout);Détenir un permis d'opérateur de chariot élévateur (atout);Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, anglais (atout).
Conditions de travail Salaire offert :
16.50 à 24.54 $/h (selon l'expérience et l'équité interne); Horaire de travail variable; Travail à l'extérieur;Charges jusqu'à 75 livres à soulever.
