We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Mail Merge Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The Mail Merge Specialist will play a crucial role in preparing and executing large-scale mailings using our data management and mail merge tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Location: Conveniently located near Jarvis and McPhillips Street Casino, our client's office provides easy access and a great working environment.
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm
Pay rate: $16-18/hr
Start Date: Asap
Term: 4-6 weeks

Responsibilities:

Use software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel to merge data files into predefined templates for mailings.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of merged documents by verifying data integrity and formatting.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to mail merge processes or data inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the mail merge process.
Proven experience as a Mail Merge Specialist, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel. Experience with mail merge functionalities is a strong advantage.
