A Maskinonge, sous lautorite du superviseur, le titulaire du poste ensache et empile des sacs de poudre de 25 kg.
Description du poste
Sassure que le produit est emballe dans le format demande et identifie comme il se doit
Sassure que les sacs sont bien cousus et bien empiles sur la palette
Sassure du bon fonctionnement des equipements : tamis, balance, machine a coudre, chronometre, etc.
Verifie les lectures des tableaux #1 et #2 ainsi que celui des pompes (pression et debit)
Sassure que le produit fini sort en quantite prevue par rapport aux debits des pompes, % solides et temps
Avertit lOperateur a la moindre anomalie i.e. bruit anormal a lensachage ou dans lusine, quantite de poudre en baisse, texture anormale du produit, etc.
Execute toutes autres taches connexes
Horaire sur rotation (quarts de 8 heures jour, soir, nuit)
Porter charges jusqua 50 lbs plusieurs fois par jour / station debout prolongee
