Position Summary:

We are seeking a Analyst, Sr.
Analyst, Marketing Analytics and Insights to join our team and contribute to our marketing efforts.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our marketing analytics practice, particularly focusing on data analysis and visualization, campaign performance reporting and supporting the data science and digital marketing teams with audience management, tagging strategy and campaign test and performance monitoring and reporting.
You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, tag management, and data visualization applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks to track omnichannel marketing performance.
Extract insights and recommendations from data to enhance marketing campaigns and strategies.
Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Marketing KPI dashboard to track performance across various marketing channels.
Regularly update dashboards, flagging any significant variances from targets and making recommendation to keep marketing efforts on track.
Collaborate with various marketing teams and stakeholders turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Help manage and optimize Adobe Analytics setup and configurations to track and analyze marketing performance.
Collaborate with marketing and business partners to provide support in various aspects of marketing analytics.
Monitor/evaluate performance of digital content, identifying trends/opportunities for improvement.
Support marketing technology team with audience segmentation, optimization tests and broader campaign improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics).
2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with an enhanced focus on digital analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Ability to create interactive dashboards using Tableau and/or similar business intelligence platforms.
Understanding of marketing data and experience working with media platforms (Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
Ability to extract insights from user behavior data, track marketing performance, and optimize digital strategies.
Understanding of the media and marketing landscape, including the ability to determine which channels are most appropriate based on business objectives, and experience using the data to make recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Confident in telling stories with data and finding insights in analytics.
Ability to work effectively in a lean and fast-paced environment.
