Assurer l'exploitation optimale d'immeubles de catégories et vocations diverses.
Agir comme ressource technique et assister les professionnels de la direction immobilière et la clientèle dans la réalisation de leurs mandats.
Agir comme responsable technique et contribuer au maintien et la gestion d'un parc immobilier qui répond aux besoins des ministères et organismes.
Fournir le service à la clientèle et maintenir de bonnes relations.
Posséder un diplôme d'études collégiales en mécanique du et avoir un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience pertinente reliée aux attributions dans un emploi technique;
Avoir des connaissances approfondies en matière de qualité de l'air, en gestion énergétique, en entretien préventif, dans la sécurité des édifices, en système centralisé des contrôles et en gestion de projets;
Connaître les lois, règlements, normes et codes reliés à l'exploitation des immeubles;
Démontrer un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse;
Être capable de transiger avec les clients (tact, diplomatie, sens des relations humaines);
Faire preuve d'initiative et d'autonomie;
Pouvoir organiser son travail et contrôler ses activités (fixer des priorités, ordonnance des travaux);
Avoir le sens des responsabilités;
Posséder un bon jugement;
Être apte et disponible à voyager;
Posséder une automobile et pouvoir l'utiliser en tout temps pour l'exécution de sa fonction et détenir un permis de conduire valide.
