Bâtis la technologie du futur avec nos 400 employés. Récemment acquise par BRP, notre entreprise évolue au cœur de Shawinigan. Innovante sur toute la ligne, l'usine est à la fine pointe de la technologie, sécuritaire et réfléchie pour propulser la collaboration d'équipes multidisciplinaires. Notre motivation? Imaginer, optimiser et fabriquer des pièces mécatroniques haut de gamme utilisées pour des produits récréatifs tels que des VTT, des motoneiges et des motomarines.
Le gestionnaire de projets est responsable de plusieurs projets reliés aux futures plateformes de produits récréatifs et de véhicules électrique de BRP. Le gestionnaire de projets est responsable de la cédule, des coûts, de la performance et la qualité de plusieurs projets simultanés. Il doit interagir de façon créative avec les ressources R&D, des opérations et les clients afin de rencontrer les critères d'optimisation du projet.
Mets ta passion au service de projets d'avant-garde.
Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les clients, la production, les opérations, la R&D afin de maintenir la santé du projet en monitorant le tableau de bord des échéanciers.
Applique les meilleures pratiques de gestion projet à l'intérieur de notre processus de développement de produit.
S'implique dans les activités d'optimisation de coûts et l'établissement d'équipes de travail.
Établit et suit l'échéancier des projets, de l'acceptation jusqu'à la conclusion.
On fait appel à ton expertise.
Baccalauréat en ingénierie, administration, gestion de projets ou domaine connexe.
Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en gestion de projets.
Certification PMP serait un atout.
Connaissances en électronique, mécanique et procédés manufacturiers seraient un atout.
Français avancé et anglais avancé.
