GREFFIER(ÈRE)-AUDIENCIER(ÈRE) REMPLACEMENT DURÉE INDÉTERMINÉE À TEMPS COMPLET DIRECTION DU GREFFE ET DES AFFAIRES JURIDIQUES
Sous la responsabilité du supérieur immédiat, le titulaire agit comme greffier-audiencier aux séances de cour. Il effectue diverses tâches administratives et judiciaires relatives à la cour, particulièrement en ce qui concerne la préparation des rôles de cour et ce, selon l'échéancier du calendrier des séances.
Fonctions principales:
Diriger les séances de cour et voir au bon déroulement. S'assurer de l'enregistrement de la séance, faire l'appel du rôle et assermenter les témoins;
Consigner par écrit la procédure principale, y compris les plaidoyers, le nom des témoins, la date, l'heure et les jugements rendus. Mettre à jour les dossiers, sur papier et sur format informatique, les mesures prises par le tribunal;
Exécuter diverses tâches juridiques dans la salle du tribunal, telles que, rencontrer les défendeurs pour donner de l'information et gérer le calendrier des procès;
Collaborer et assurer un lien avec les divers intervenants du système judiciaire, tels que procureur, service de police et la Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), en transmettant des informations verbales ou écrites;
Préparer et tenir à jour l'agenda des rôles en fonction du calendrier de cour, aviser et transmettre les informations et les documents nécessaires aux divers intervenants;
Recevoir les appels téléphoniques, donner des informations générales et/ou spécifiques et transmettre les documents aux divers intervenants du système judiciaire;
Préparer et imprimer les différents documents liés aux séances (subpoena, avis d'audition, mandats, rôle, V. etc.).
Formation et expérience :
Détenir un diplôme de technique juridique (DEC);
Un minimum de trente (30) mois d'expérience pertinente;
Connaissance du domaine juridique. (test requis)
Aptitudes et habiletés :
Autonomie et jugement;
Sens de l'organisation et du suivi;
Très bonne communication verbale;
Sens du service à la clientèle.
