What's the job?
The CRW Performance Analyst links CRW management and Enterprise Analytics to support the data and insights required to assess performance results and business outcomes.
This role creates, validates and analyses disparate and sophisticated data points into strategic usable information for driving CRW business performance decisions.
For more complicated reporting requests, this role works closely with CRW business line leaders or other internal stakeholders to understand the scope and key objectives of the data request.
Then, it works with Enterprise Analytics to design, test and deliver the final reporting, often accompanied by specific analytics and key insights.

What you'll get to do:

Reporting Analysis and Insights

• Prepare performance reporting and analytics for CRW business lines, as assigned.
  This will require curating data from multiple sources, conducting in-depth analyses, and gaining knowledge of the business line.
• Work with the CRW management and internal stakeholders on performance data-related projects, preparing reporting and insights as assigned.
• Ensure reporting is optimized and validated, working collaboratively with Enterprise Analytics and other partners to ensure insights deliver the correct outcomes.
  

Annual Operating Plan, Campaigns, and Individual Performance Targets

• Support the Annual Operating Plan of each business line through the cascade, periodic reporting, and analysis of individual performance goals.
• Support CRW management in defining, optimizing, and cascading campaign-specific performance targets and goals.
• Builds collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization at all levels, cultivating solid internal and external partners to accelerate the successful implementation of sales performance initiatives.

Productivity Tools

• Work with Business Management and other partners within CRW to ensure productivity tools are being used correctly and data from activities is properly tracked & reported on.
• Partner with business management to improve tool usage, focusing on utilization and effective use.
• Identify, proactively manage, and escalate risks and issues.
• Evaluate data anomalies and work with the relevant leaders to address gaps.

Who are we looking for?

• Completion of education in business administration or commerce or a related discipline.
  Varying combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• 7 - 9 years of experience in banking and data required.
• A diverse banking background, business line knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of Coast data and systems.
• Gathers disparate information, creating a synchronized point of view.
  
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills, especially data management and presentation capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes, practices, and systems, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong ability to adapt and optimize new technologies as required.
