Ce poste vous attend!En collaboration avec la directrice ou du directeur de l'École de travail social et en étroite collaboration avec les personnes responsables des programmes et de la formation pratique, la coordonnatrice ou le coordonnateur assume des tâches de conception, de coordination et de suivi des activités pratiques (simulations d'intervention, exploration des milieux de pratique) et offre du soutien pédagogique pour les différents programmes.ResponsabilitésConception et coordination des activités pratiques1.
Planifier le calendrier des activités pratiques avec la personne responsable de la formation pratique en assurant la cohérence et les arrimages avec le parcours de professionnalisation.2.
Appuyer les personnes enseignantes dans l'élaboration des activités pratiques.3.
Collaborer avec les personnes enseignantes à la création de matériel, guides, outils pédagogiques et à leur mise à jour.4.
Élaborer avec les personnes enseignantes des activités d'évaluation.5.
Identifier et recruter des personnes praticiennes, comédiennes et auxiliaires d'enseignement ou autres partenaires.6.
Assurer l'accompagnement, la formation et l'évaluation des personnes praticiennes, comédiennes et auxiliaires d'enseignement ou autres partenaires.7.
Coordonner et soutenir le travail du personnel de soutien en appui aux activités pratiques.8.
Contribuer à l'évaluation et l'amélioration continue des activités pratiques.Soutien pédagogique aux programmes9.
Assurer une vigie sur les innovations dans le domaine de la pédagogie universitaire, des approches pédagogiques et l'évaluation des apprentissages.10.
Contribuer à la création ou à la modification de programme.11.
Contribuer à l'évaluation continue des programmes et au processus d'agrément.12.
Offrir un soutien pédagogique aux personnes enseignantes.Autres13.
Participer à divers comités ou dossiers internes ou externes à l'École.14.

Qualifications requises
Détenir un baccalauréat en travail social ou dans une discipline jugée pertinente.
Posséder au moins 3 années d'expérience en coordination.
Exigences
Avoir des connaissances de la discipline du travail social est requis.
Avoir une connaissance des milieux de pratiques en intervention sociale.
Posséder la capacité de faire avancer en parallèle plusieurs dossiers et respecter des échéanciers.
Avoir un intérêt pour l'innovation pédagogique et pour la technologie dans la formation.
Avoir des aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe et la collaboration interprofessionnelle.
Avoir une bonne capacité d'organisation de travail.
Posséder une très bonne connaissance de la langue française parlée et écrite.
