Le commis de mets cuisinés a le mandat d'assurer le service et la préparation de différent plats, tels que repas du midi, pizza et poulet BBQ. Il s'assure de rendre appétissant les différents plats afin de plaire au yeux et aux papilles de la clientèle. Sommaire des responsabilités:
Respecter les menus définis par le gérant du département;
Assurer une qualité exceptionnelle des produits;
Planifier la production efficacement afin de produire une quantité répondant aux besoins;
Innover dans la présentation des produits et dans la variété des menus;
Utiliser sécuritairement les outils et les équipements de cuisine;
Respecter et appliquer les normes et procédures de sécurité alimentaire;
Répondre adéquatement aux questions et demandes des clients et les conseiller sur les différents produits de son département;
Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, courtois et efficace en tout temps;
Nettoyer et maintenir propre les aires de travail, les aires de vente, les outils et les équipements;
Autres tâches connexes.
Expérience dans un commerce de détail (un atout);
Expérience cuisine et/ou en préparation d'aliments (un atout);
Être âgé de 14 ans et plus;
Orienté vers le client;
Courtoisie;
Orienté vers les résultats;
Esprit d'équipe;
Sens des responsabilités.
