Principales responsabilités
Effectuer l'inspection des pièces (dimensionnel et soudure) avant la sortie des pièces à l'extérieur de l'usine pour en assurer la conformité.
Gérer efficacement son temps et combler son horaire en faisant de l'assemblage ou de la soudure.
Faire le suivi auprès du contremaître de jour en produisant un rapport écrit à la fin de son quart de travail pour le lendemain;
Superviser, coordonner et organiser le travail des employés;Requière le matériel et fourniture nécessaires tels que consumable, petits outils, etc.;
Résoudre les problèmes reliés au travail et recommander des mesures pour augmenter la productivité;
Faire la gestion des bris d'équipements, si essentiel, en collaboration avec le contremaître et le directeur de production.
Faire un suivi avec les nouveaux employés sur les méthodes de travail sécuritaires;
Évaluer et assurer le développement des compétences des employés en collaboration avec le contremaître;
Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité au travail ;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le contremaître;
Conserver son environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire;
S'assurer que les employés travaillent de façon sécuritaire, qu'ils respectent le code vestimentaire établi et le port des équipements de protection obligatoire;
Signaler toute situation dangereuse ou de contamination potentielle;
Rédiger les rapports d'accidents de travail et participer aux enquêtes au besoin;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Fermer l'usine à la fin du quart de travail et s'assurer que tout est ok avant de quitter.
Formation et compétences recherchées
5 ans d'expérience pertinente
Excellente lecture de plans
Facilité à communiquer
Capacité à s'adapter et à gérer le changement.
Capacité à coordonner des gens, à diriger et travailler en équipe.
Sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion du stress.
Connaissances des codes et normes en vigueurs.
Connaissances des requis qualités pour tous les processus de production en lien avec nos opérations.
