Reports to: Mik Parent Summary We are seeking an energetic Service & Sales Coordinator. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. They will ensure that people have a pleasant, informed, and professional experience when receiving or inquiring about products and services at XPEL.
Core Duties
• Maintaining knowledge of XPEL products; assisting retail and wholesale customers with questions on XPEL products and services
•Collaborate with Territory managers on local Dealership relationships
•Assist with creating and maintaining installer schedules and scheduling of customer installs
•Updating customers/dealerships on vehicle status
•Check-in vehicles and inspect for pre-existing damages
•Creating estimates, invoicing and billing
•Assist Store Manager with supply and inventory maintenance, ordering supplies or products as necessary to maintain required shelf quantities.
•Audit/review job lists weekly
•Assisting the Store Manager with administrative and office work as needed
•Occasionally helping to shuttle vehicles from one location to another (current driver license required)
•Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
•High School Diploma
•2+ years experience preferred in a sales or administrative role
•Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
•Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
•Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
•Ability to work independently with limited supervision
